Transformers 3 Sideswipe Confirmed As A Convertible
Looks like it's not Bumblebee who's getting his top off. Thanks to YouTube user nando323, we now have a confirmation on the new model design of Corvette Stingray (Vehicle mode of movie Sideswipe). The "new" Convertible Sideswipe was spotted during a Transformers 3 filming in L.A, alongside his Autobot buddies; Bumblebee and the Ferrari 458 Italia. Hasbro will be happy. Since Mattel took the rights to manufacture toys based on the regular Stingray (which explains why we are getting Aston Martin DB9 shaped Sideswipe RPMs and Lotus Elise shaped Deluxe Sidearm Sideswipes), Hasbro now can own the rights to deliver toys based on the new model

The "Transformers"-loving world was shocked last week when it was revealed that star Megan Fox would not be returning for the upcoming third movie in the franchise, which starts shooting this week.

Hasbro Transformers Hall of Fame!
Hasbro is starting a Transformers Hall of Fame. Five characters will be among those initially inducted - Optimus Prime, Megatron, Bumblebee and Starscream have already got their places assured, with the fifth spot open to a vote from you, the fans.
After lengthy discussion, a list of characters emerged whose names were mentioned time after time. After reviewing the thread and compiling the most popular of those characters who were frequently mentioned, we decided to throw it open to you, the fans, to decide who out of these 12 most popular characters should make up our submission to Hasbro for inclusion in the final poll to decide who gets the coveted fifth Hall of Fame spot.
The characters for your consideration are as follows:
Devastator, Beast Wars Dinobot, Grimlock, Rodimus, Ironhide, Jazz, Jetfire, Prowl, Shockwave, Soundwave, Unicron and Wheeljack.
A truly amazing piece of work - a 7 foot tall balloon sculpture of Generation 1 Optimus Prime. The sculpture is articulated at the shoulders and features a removable gun. It took approximately 28 hours and 500 balloons to make, and is a truly impressive piece of work.
